Pool

The Pool is one of our neighborhood's greatest assets.  We take great pride in our pool and do our best to maintain it so that we all can enjoy it for years to come.  If you have any comments for the Pool Committee or wish to reserve the Cabana for a private party, you can either call the clubhouse or send an email.  Click here to send email.

POOL PROCEDURES 

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

·        Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.

·        Guests must be accompanied by a resident of Raintree Forest.

·        Young adults (under 18) are limited to two (2) guests at a time.

·        NO diving, running, pushing or rough play.

·        NO glass of any kind allowed in the pool complex area.

·        NO smoking or use of any tobacco products in pool deck area.

·        NO pets in the pool complex area.

·        NO abusive language or profanity will be tolerated.

·        NO gum.

·        NO water balloons.

·        NO playing with the hose or any other pool related apparatus.

·        Toddlers must wear "Swimmies", disposable diapers are not allowed in the pool, and babies are not allowed to swim naked.

·        Only battery-operated radios are allowed.  Music must be kept at a low level.

·        Pool toys are allowed, but no footballs or water absorbent toys that will hurt when thrown.

·        Rafts and toys are allowed only when less than 20 people are in the pool.

·        Food and beverages must be consumed only in the cabana area or at the tables provided.  No food is allowed in the pool or at the pool's edge.

·        No BBQ grills allowed in the pool area.

·        More than six (6) guests per residence are considered a "private party" and require prior arrangement with the Pool Committee.  To reserve the Cabana requires a $25.00 security deposit.

·        All homeowners and guests are required to clean up any and all trash before departing.

Use of the pool is a privilege of all Homeowners.  Those who violate these rules may have their use of the facilities revoked.

After the pool is closed, should swimmers or vehicles in the parking lot be observed, the Brentwood Police will be called immediately.
