The monthly dues are $60.00 /month.
Fees are due on the 1st day of each month and are past due
after the 15th, with a $15 late fee applied at that time.

Tuesday and Thursday. Feel free to drop by and talk.

The oldest homes in the neighborhood were built in the mid 1980s.
The newer homes were built in the mid 1990s.
Yes. The clubhouse can be rented for a parties.
A security deposit is required. The cabana in the pool can
be rented for parties as well. Check availability on our
interactive Web Calendar and CALL SUE WALKER at the
clubhouse to confirm. She keeps the most up-to-date
calendar. The rental fee is $40.00 per day plus security
depost.
